How Do I Access My Programs?
We apologize if you're having trouble accessing your programs. After purchasing a product you will receive an email with login details. To access your program(s), you will log in to your account using the login details sent to the email that you entered when you purchased. 

If you are having any trouble logging in you can have your login details emailed to you immediately by clicking the link below and entering the email used at the time of purchase.


If you did not receive your password via email, be sure to CHECK YOUR SPAM folder as these transactional emails will often times be sent there.
How Do I Reset My Password?
You can easily reset your password by clicking the link below, entering the email you used during your purchase then clicking the submit button.


Your temporary password will be emailed to you within a few minutes and you will be prompted to change it once you login.

Are The Programs A One-Time Payment?
ALL of our programs are a one time payment.
Do you accept Paypal?
We DO accept paypal. Every order page we have has an option to pay through paypal. 

If for some reason you don't see a paypal option on the order page of the product you want, just scroll to the bottom of this page and let us know what program you would like and we'll send you a paypal link. 
Charge Backs
If you chargeback an item that violates the OTA Terms & Conditions, we will reach out to be sure it’s not a mistake from your account, or if someone hacked your bank account. We then give you the chance to call your bank and cancel the dispute to get this fixed in case it was an error by your bank before we call our legal team and have them pursue this action as fraud. We keep record of every transaction and the timing documented to be forwarded to our legal team in case this happens. You have a 24 hour window to correct the issue.

Program FAQ
Do I Need Access To a Gym To Use A Program?
Yes, all of our programs can be done at a commercial gym. 

If you don't want to train at a gym then check out our athletic body weight program called, Athletic Calisthenics. It's our only body weight program made specifically for the power athlete. 
Are the Programs For Men & Women?
All of our programs can be done by both men and women.  
Can I Use More Than One Program At a Time?
We recommend sticking to one program at a time. 

This way you'll get the best results for each athletic skill (vertical jump, speed, strength, etc) 

If you absolutely want to combine programs, I suggest doing so after performing one round of the program. Get used to the programming as is, and then after you have some experience, then combine programs together. 
Will the program be shipped or do I get access to it right away?
All of our programs are digital based, meaning you can access and download every program instantly. 
What happens After I Complete My 90 Day Program?
After completing your first program we recommend doing it again if you still need to improve on your desired athletic skill. OR you can move on to the next program in the list.
